
HR Manager CZResponsibilities- advice and support to line managers on HR issues
- recruitment, induction process - cooperation on performance reviews, learning and development - responsibility for HR related policies and procedures - employment benefits - annual salary and bonus review, HR planning - preparation of legal documents for employees (employment contracts, amendments etc.) - preparation of basis for payroll calculations - direct report to Country Manager, member of the management team We require- at least 3 years working in the similar position
